Immortals Concierge

Immortals Concierge is a fully managed concierge longevity medicine program built on the same evidence-based protocols Bryan Johnson uses on himself. Membership includes:

• + a dedicated concierge physician
• + a board-certified health coach
• + a care coordinator
• + a comprehensive diagnostics suite (full-body MRI, multi-cancer screening, coronary CT, DEXA, VO₂ max, 200+ biomarker panel, and more)
• + biometric tracking devices

Immortals Concierge membership has multiple tiers, starting at $75,000, all the way up to $1,000,000. The fee is all-inclusive of your dedicated care team (concierge physician, health coach, care coordinator), the full diagnostics and testing suite, biometric tracking devices, and Blueprint-formulated supplements and medications matched to your biomarker data.

Membership includes three categories of care:

Your care team: A dedicated concierge physician with unlimited access, a board-certified health coach focused exclusively on your optimization, and a care coordinator who manages scheduling, testing logistics, and day-to-day program details.

Diagnostics and testing: Depending on tier, a suite of testing including full-body MRI, multi-cancer screening, coronary CT scan, blood-based cancer screening, DEXA, VO₂ max, a 200+ biomarker lab panel, genetic and epigenetic analysis, microbiome analysis, heavy metals and toxicity testing, and micronutrient assessment. Bloodwork is performed via at-home phlebotomy while you are in the U.S., and follow-up testing is ordered as clinically appropriate.

Advanced protocols: Along with lifestyle interventions, access advanced longevity protocols.

The application process has four steps:

1. Join the waitlist by submitting your email above. We’ll notify you when an application slot opens.
2. Initial call with our Membership Director to walk through the program, discuss your goals, and determine fit.
3. Medical screening and application if there is mutual interest after the first call.
4. Final call with a physician before your application is formally accepted.

Most concierge medicine programs are structured around faster access to traditional primary care, like same-day appointments, longer visits, direct phone access to your doctor. Immortals Concierge is structured around longevity science. Every protocol is built on the same methodology Bryan Johnson has used on himself for five years. Interventions are matched to your biomarker data, and your physician works with a limited number of patients (versus the 1,000-3,000 typical of traditional primary care).

Blueprint is the consumer brand: supplements, foods, and protocols anyone can buy and follow at home, based on Bryan Johnson’s longevity research.

Immortals Concierge is the clinical, fully managed version of Bryan Johnson’s longevity protocols. You get a dedicated concierge physician, a full diagnostic suite, and protocols continuously adjusted to your specific biomarker data.

Blueprint products are the most accessible entry point. Immortals Concierge is the highest level of personalization the methodology has been built into.

This membership cap allows a premium level of care. A physician with thousands of patients cannot know your biology in the depth this program requires. With Immortals Concierge, every member receives unlimited access, real continuity of care, and the time required to interpret a full diagnostic suite against their own data over time.

Bryan Johnson is one of the most rigorously tested human subjects in the world. His best measured results include an epigenetic speed of aging of 0.48 (avg. 0.5), the slowest ever publicly recorded, telomere length equivalent to a 10-15 year-old, and resting blood pressure lower than 90% of 18-year-olds.

Individual results in Immortals Concierge will vary based on your starting biology, adherence, and goals. The program is built on the same methodology, but the program does not guarantee specific individual outcomes.

We are currently accepting members in the US and the waitlist is open internationally. Indicating your country or region during waitlist signup helps us prioritize correctly.

Immortals Concierge is a private membership program and is not billed through insurance. Some individual diagnostics or follow-up tests ordered through the program may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement depending on your plan and jurisdiction; your care coordinator can help generate the documentation if applicable.

The membership fee itself is paid directly.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Wait times depend on physician availability in your region and how recently you joined the list. Members of the waitlist are contacted in the order slots become available, and the first contact is from our Membership Director to schedule the introductory call.

You’ll receive a confirmation that you’re on the waitlist. Our Membership team reviews the list as application slots become available and reaches out to schedule the first call. There is no application fee or commitment required to be on the waitlist, joining the list simply puts you in line for the next available conversation.
